January 26 2004--Auction Saloon is delighted to announce that over the last few months the web site has undergone several changes and updates as well as many new features and additions to make the users online buying and selling experience much easier for anyone involved in a transaction at the web site.

Still Fee Free – Currently the only fee you will get on Auction Saloon is a simple 3 % Final Value Fee. Never a fee to list your item for sale. Further we have no plans on implementing any listing fees at all.

While we may not be the biggest auction on the net I certainly believe that we are among the best. Our customer service is 2nd to none or at least that's what I believe as we try to respond to all emails within a short period of time. All emails received here are answered by a live person and there is nothing automated about it.

I am happy to say that we have managed to stay online with at least a 99% uptime rate since 2001. Further we have released new modules and selling tools here at Auction within the last couple weeks to make your buying and selling experience here at Auction Saloon much easier. We also have lots of new and exciting features that are due to be released here at Auction Saloon in the very near future. Auction Saloon has always been a site for the users by the users and we plan on always keeping that tradition. Our web site revolves around our users and their needs. Auction Saloon Mall Stores – This is a feature that many users are taking advantage of. We have designed a store for sellers that are very easy to use and come packed with features. Each store owner has the ability to add unlimited items to their store. Each store owner can easily create as many departments in their store as well as remove old departments or even rename them. Each store owner can also upload their logo to their store and can even change the colors or the store as well each department and add background images if they choose. Furthermore the store owner can also add links to their store to help promote other items or other web sites. We also plan on adding a few new modules to allow store owners to further customize their store to help maximize their sales. Fixed Price Listings – This feature is great. Simply list your item like you would in a regular shopping cart and forget about. Just watch for an email when someone purchases your item. This is the perfect feature if you have multiples of 1 item to sell. This feature is only available to store owners at no charge.
