Website ‘Classifieds' Is Added Value To Making Dreams Come Through.

MIAMI, Florida -- September, 2003 -- The prospects of Retiring to a country like The Bahamas could become a little easier to digest now that the Publisher of The Bahamas Report (a subscription-based resource guide for retiring in The Bahamas) is about to insert a Classified Advertising Section in the two-year old website.

Two months ago, The Bahamas Report launched - Bahamas Tip Of The Week - and, according to Publisher Winston D. Munnings, "it has definitely been a success in that several hundred persons have already signed up and are receiving our weekly TIPS."

Munnings, who also doubles as Editor of The Bahamas Report said, "the free weekly tips serve as an ‘added value' for our subscribers who, while interested first and foremost in matters associated with Retiring In The Bahamas, are very much interested in The Bahamas in general. Currently, The Bahamas Report is registering between 3,000 to 3,500 visitors to its website daily.

"A Classified Advertisements Section was certainly anticipated, but much later on down the down the road," adds Mr. Munnings. "But, due largely to continuous inquiries from both subscribers and visitors over the last year, we decided to launch the Classifieds Section much sooner than intended."

Mr. Munnings noted that having a Classified Ads Section "is like bringing the marketplace right to the doorstep of our subscribers. "Like the weekly TIPS, it too is seen as an ‘added value' for our subscribers."

"All of the services which our subscribers anticipate needing as they move toward their dream of relocating to The Bahamas will be there in the Classified Section," he said.

Realtors, Conveyors, Building Contractors, Lawyers, Accountants etc., will especially be targeted to place advertisements in The Bahamas Report Classifieds. According to the Editor, "even the casual visitor to our site will have access to this resource information." "Anyone can place an Ad in our classified listing so long as it has a relationship to The Bahamas," he continued.

Subscribers to The Bahamas Report, however, will enjoy an immediate benefit as part of their subscription package. "They will get a 20% discount on any Ad placed in the Classifieds," Munnings said.

The Bahamas Report will launch its ‘no frills' Classified Advertisements Section on October 1. For additional information, email: ClassifiedAds@TheBahamasReport.com. For a direct link to the Bahamas Report Classifieds Section, click http://www.thebahamasreport.com/public/department117.cfm.
